Copying static resources

Introduce new folder structure in src/main/resources and in src/library/resource that will be copied over in build process into target/share directory.

Just a though: maybe it would be better to introduce a gresource packager instead? This could create a .gresource file with all stuff from src/*/resources in one package or something similar?
