Zeek Ubuntu 16.04 Installation

Related to #548. Zeek was recently migrated in OpenSUSE's repository from https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/network:/bro/ to https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security:/zeek/. With this migration, Ubuntu 16.04 did not receive a version of Zeek due to compiler errors.

If this bug is identified and fixed, Ubuntu 16.04 will hopefully get some love in OpenSUSE's Zeek repository.
