Support Multiple Private Registries
Description: Add support for multiple private registries.
Justification: This allows support for multiple instances of Artifactory or other private repositories within the same workflow. For my specific use-case, this is to support the migration from one instance to another.

Hello Everyone, Thanks for the detailed feature request and the context.
We understand the value of supporting multiple private registries, particularly for migration scenarios and complex workflows. However, after reviewing the potential impact, the risks associated with higher configuration complexity, additional maintenance, and possible misconfigurations outweigh the benefits for the current user base.
Because of these factors, and given that this use case is relatively limited, we will not be implementing this feature in setup-node at this time.
We encourage users to continue managing multiple registries manually via npm or yarn configuration files, which provides full flexibility without introducing added complexity to the action.
We appreciate your input and welcome other suggestions for features that could benefit a broader set of users.
