Populating release body text from annotated tag bodies

When automatically creating releases from tags, it would be great to have an option to populate the release name and body from the body of annotated tags, in a similar way to how commit messages are parsed, with the release name as the first line and subsequent lines forming the body like so:

Release name
Some lengthier description of the release to go in the release body

This would allow releases to be created all in one go from some corresponding annotated tag.

I second this. Travis works like this and I couldn't find anything like it in the marketplace.

It's a shame nothing else could be found on the marketplace, I think this repo is becoming unmaintained soon (#119)
