Update 80f0bf - audio or video avoids automatically playing audio

• Change composite rule to atomic
• Update applicability to only consider media with more than 3 seconds of audio
• Update expectations and test cases to match the ones in the previous atomic "audio or video that plays automatically has a control mechanism"
