Enhancement: IDs above heads

Feature description

When opening the scoreboard, show IDs above the surrounding players' heads.

Reason

Allows players to assess who's who when needed quickly. I believe this would require you to enable mouse control so the player can move the camera to see others around them. Additionally, using HasEntityClearLosToEntity would enable you to prevent players from seeing player IDs through walls.
