OcAfterBootCompatLib: Add `FixupAppleEfiImages`‎ quirk to debug output. Also fixed alphabetical order.

When I was reading the OC debug file I found FixupAppleEfiImages quirk was missing. Then, I fixed the alphabetical order of some entries, to follow the Sample.plist file.
