Version 2.4.8 not Launching

I am running into a migration issue regarding feature ID's. I used the newest version which has a different gui to clean the Feature however I am still getting the same error referencing the same feature ID. I am trying to run the previous version that has the Sites tab to see if that is the issue however when I try and launch it does nothing. Its as if it launched and closes. Any ideas?

• what exactly is the error your get?
• Is it about a feature instance or about a feature definition?
• We are talking about a SiteCollection-Feature, right? (Not web, web-app or farm)
• Do you know, what feature it is? (Name, ... or Microsoft vs Custom, ...)
• Do you know, how this issue arose in the farm?
• what SP version are you using, what is the Windows OS?
• Can you try to start the feature-admin in "Run as administrator" mode?
• In case of multiserver-farm, can you try to run it on a WFE-Server?

What do you mean with previous version? The ones for SP2010 or SP2007 on https://www.featureadmin.com/ in the footer?
