Volume Viewer - should show non-integral voxel values when appropriate.

The existing volume viewer, at least in the demo, will not display anything other than integers for voxel values. This is insufficient for many types of images, especially statistical maps. The code should be modified to make an "intelligent" decision about formatting the voxel values according to the data range.
