[issue_tracker] The "watching ? " field is taking the "no" value when an issue is updated.
Describe the bug The "watching ? " field is taking the "no" value when an issue is updated. No matter what info is updated in the issue tracker the watcher is getting the "no" value. Even if this is the only updated value and is set to "yes".
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior (attach screenshots if applicable):
- Go to the issue tracker and create a new issue. MainMenu->Tools->Issue Tracker ---> New issue.
- Create the new issue with any test info you might want.
- Go to the created issue and notice all was fine.
- Now update this issue, no matter what
- Click update and see that the watching field changed to "no"
What did you expect to happen? The "watching ?" field to retain the previous value.
