Highlight 'Your assigned issues' on 'My Tasks' on Dashboard

On the 'My Tasks' widget on the LORIS Dashboard, the option for 'Your assigned issues' should be highlighted (Set in Bold or other) and if possible, brought to the top of the selections.

This was discussed at the LORIS meeting. Instead of making modifications to the "My Tasks" widget, a different widget for "My Issues" will be added which shows open issues currently assigned to you on the dashboard.
