[data_release] Cannot filter by Unversioned files

The Version filter of this module does not filter for "Unversioned" files

To Reproduce

1. Create a user with view and upload permissions for the data release module
2. In the data release module, upload files with no version (if there are no Unversioned files already visible)
3. Try to filter by "Unversioned" in the Version filter
4. See error

What did you expect to happen? The files that are Unversioned should appear when filtering

So this is a tricky question. "Unversioned" files are not versioned as "Unversioned" they are actually unversioned and that front end plugs in the "Unversioned" jkeyword in that column but I can see how that can get confusing.

So technically it's not expected to have any results f you filter by unversioned, instead I think a checkbox should be added to the filter labelled "Unversioned" But I doubt this would happen in this release

I'm testing this module for the 25 release and can't reproduce. I can't sort by the Version column (creating another ticket), but filtering is working as expected.
