ACE Scopes reset after unequipping the weapon

Mods (complete and add to the following information):

• Arma 3: 2.18 [e.g. 1.00 stable, rc, dev]
• CBA: 3.18.1 [e.g. 3.0.0 stable, commit hash]
• ACE3: 3.19.0 [e.g. 3.0.0 stable, commit hash]

Description: When equipping a scope on a gun, after configuring it, if the weapon is unequipped, the scope will reset. Its a minor nuisance.

Steps to reproduce: Follow this flowchart!

1. Equip any rifle with a configurable scope
2. Change scope settings as see fit
3. Test rifle
4. Unequip rifle
5. Equip Rifle Again
6. Test fire
7. Notice issue (Rifle is misalgined, aka reset)

Expected behavior: The scope stays as is, doesnt change configuration after unequipping the weapon.
