upgrades - background image, and more laws

The extension now loads a random image from Unsplash which makes it really cool. I was getting tired of seeing the same background. If there is no internet, it defaults to the original background.

I also added more tips based on personal preference :) I guess it can't be called 48 laws anymore, but anyway...
