Preserve List Formatting in Blockquotes

Describe the bug The formatting of the list items is not preserved when the list items are put in blockquote.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the demo
  2. Select a list
  3. Click on the Quote button from the Toolbar Menu
  4. See the bug

Expected behavior The list formatting should be preserved when the items are put in a blockquote and the selected list items should be wrapped within the same blockquote (currently a new blockquote is made for every item in the list)

Additional context Please note that the clicking the blockquote button again should clear the blockquote and the list items should be reverted to the initial state. Currently, the format of the lists is not preserved. quotes(2)

This bug no longer exists, but I suppose this raises the question of having blocks within blocks (lists in a quote). @jeromesimeon @dselman @Michael-Grover thoughts on the urgency of this being supported?

Doesn't seem that urgent to me. Do nested lists count as blocks within blocks?
