Basically I am not able to open this page on my localhost while it is available on website online.

It looks like these are the files which will need to be modified:

• docs/started-resources.md
• website/i18n/en.json

And then the current Web Components page will need to be expanded to capture the information since [this release](https://github.com/accordproject/web-components/releases/tag/v0.91.00.
