[Accord.Video.FFMPEG] Is there any controls over quality and compression of images in file produced?

Issue description I have been working with your VideoFileWriter and VideoFileReader. Is there anyway to control the quality and compression of video file being saved? I am getting a lot of artifacts in the images being saved? Looking forward to your response and thanks in advance.
If you would like to submit an issue, please include a sample of the code you are trying to execute, as well as any data you might be using in your experiment, such as data tables, images, anything that might be necessary to reproduce the problem.
