Option to ignore off-screen windows

Would it be possible to add a setting to not consider windows in other desktops? I use a tiling window manager (Linux) and pressing Alt+Shift+Z makes me cycle through all my windows across my desktops.

Is this possible to do with the Chrome APIs?
