ProxyOn doesn't work on XPosed 89

I downloaded the current version in Xposed, but it doesn't work. After update the xposed library version the problem fixed. Pull request as follow: https://github.com/ac-pm/ProxyOn/pull/5

The Xposed Version needs to be updated, otherwise it will fail to load and function does not work. At Xpose 89 Signed-off-by: cook
