[Feature Request] Specify wrap width per invocation

Any hope for an option to set the wrap width per invocation? When enabled, a simple one-field dialog would appear (much like the "Go to line..." dialog), allowing the user to enter the desired column width at which to wrap. It would say "Fit within..." or some such.

Often, when commenting short lines of code, I want to constrain the comments to a width smaller than the wrap width specified in the settings. This is purely for aesthetics.
