Recommendation for profile extensions

The current profile file extension is ".alprofile." If a listed module does not exist, then it is skipped with no error.

Recommend using a common extension for all leapp profiles -> xlp?

Maybe .uleapp? Or .ulp?

I've just issued a PR which addresses the second point.

On the file extension point - I'm happy to change to something generic in light of the efforts to create a unified leapp.

If you search .ulp then currently this comes up: https://fileinfo.com/extension/ulp - not that this bars us from anything but we may want to be as unique as we can. .uleapp works for me though?
