Remove Experimental status

as of chrome 9, most if not all of the features used by omnitweet work now, without experimental status, including the Omnibox support. I just modified the extension version 10, and ran it unpacked without the experimental permission, and it works fine. Just edit the manafest and it's useable, don't know about the bugs though. I disabled locations on mine though via settings, because it's creepy.
