Public Web Site Footer Customize Problem

Hi i'm using public web site project and i want to cahnge the footer content but at the project there is no file path like "/Themes/LeptonX/Layouts/Account/_Footer.cshtml" so i cannot change the footer content how can i do that. Thanks
