Add PasswordSettings to Localization Texts

I am trying to change the language text for PasswordSettings, but the string is not included in within the Language Texts.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to have PasswordSettings (seen in Settings\Identity Management) added as a localization text so that I can change the value compared to a base value in any language supported by ABP.
