SCIM provisioning - onboarding/offboarding users

This is an extension of SSO to enable automatic onvboarding and offboarding of users. It would need to work in a mult-tennat SaaS environment to set a new user up, then de-activate them.

Describe the solution you'd like

We would like a standard way to onboard/offboard users using SCIM. It is supported by OpenIdict

Additional context

For corporate customers they may have hundreds of users, and they are regularly onboarding/offboarding them via the likes of AzureAD. Other systems have the ability via SCIM to quickly onboard the new users with Roles, etc in 3rd party systems. This is a huge time and security saver.
