D2D: Add config to ignore some "requires-review"
It would be nice to have a config (with path patterns) to ignore and silence some recurring Resources flagged as "requires-review". This would be different from the regular ignores. This would happen at the end, vs. ignore that happens at the beginning.
@keshav-space could you clarify a bit more what is the actual issue? Maybe some examples as well.
@tdruez this is @pombredanne 's suggestion, and if I understood it correctly, the idea is that there are some files for which it would be nice to get the origin and license (and hence not ignore them entirely at the beginning). However, in the event that even after going through all the steps, we don't get any license or origin, we would want to ignore them in the end since the files are not critical.
