Extraction errors are cryptic

I run a d2d pipeline, I may have some extraction errors. They look like this and are hard to impossible to diagnose:

This should be fixed in extractcode. We aren't hardcoding this msg from scancode.io, but we are just simply displaying the string we get from extractcode. We should include the filename in the error msg in the extractcode pkg.
