atom-pigments pigments plugin not working

I installed Pigments plugin and by default, colours should be showing in my projects, but they are not. I tried uninstalling and re-installing, but no help.

I'm running Atom version 1.33.0 x64 on MacOS Mojave.

I've reviewed previous related issues but can't seem to find the answer.

Any thoughts?

I'm not sure if the "bug" label was intended to address my issue. If so, I disabled Pigments and reenabled, without success.

If you are offering any advice, please be specific as to what I might try, as I'm very new to this program.

I had pigments working for about a week then it stopped suddenly. I've also tried installing and uninstalling to no avail. The readmes and settings did not help either. Wondering if there are any updates on this?

I installed pigments yesterday under atom version 1.37.0 and it does not work at all. I disabled and re-installed, both to no avail.

On my machine pigment work only on the first 39 lines of a *.css file. at line 40 it stop working. any idea ?
