Thank you for your interest in this repository.

The codes in this repository are the preliminary work related to this article with the difference that in the published article, the thruster allocation module is a Pulse-width Modulator and not a PWPF as in this repo. This brings many advantages, namely way faster training of the controller, longer horizon, less jittering and most importantly, the PWM simulates the real thruster modulation of the SPHERES satellite itself.

The PWM equations are easy to implement, unfortunately some time ago this happened and I did not get to update the repo with the PWM codes. The dynamic programming controllers use the same code, though.

In the article you will see a comparison with the Lyapunov-based control method for thruster-driven satellites, which is the idea presented in this article, but you can find the Simulink model of a reproduction of this article in this repo (under /simulator/models/.
