Fixed 'missing column' errors in Android 4.2.1

I removed some unused columns which were causing issues with Android 4.2.1, and probably also other in the 4.x series.

Your fix worked well for me. Thank you. It's a shame this will probably never get merged since the author seems to have ignored the PRs.
