Make text inside back button unified across the app

Environment: app.aave.com/governance Browser/OS: All/ All Reproduction steps:

1. Open link above
2. Open Active Proposal “Whitelist Balancer’s Liquidity Mining Claim”
3. Observe

Actual: Text inside back button is “← Go back” but should be “← Go Back” (like on every other page)

@bojanaave Is this still an issue? If not can we close it?

I've checked and all "Go Back" buttons on both UI and in code and can't find any. Can we double check incase I missed any?
