IPFS images

Currently images referenced in the aip will be references streight from github. Would be good if there was some logic to upload to ipfs & replace in the code or sth like that.

Hi @sakulstra, Is issue #209 still open for contributions? I'm interested in implementing the logic to upload images to IPFS and replace the current references in the code.
