Default Author Photo to Favicon

I see a lot of blank author images from non indieweb sites. I think it would be smart to fall back to the site favicon / icon if possible

since these are usually shown as avatars rather than 16x16 icons, the favicon is probably too small to use. I could check for those icon sets where they declare their size.
