Cannot run without PhoneGap.plist plugin record

I got this message when running the plugin:

2011-08-24 19:09:26.065 FileDownLoadApp[71030:207] PhoneGapDelegate::shouldStartLoadWithRequest: Received Unhandled URL about:blank 2011-08-24 19:09:26.070 FileDownLoadApp[71030:207] ERROR: Plugin 'PixFileDownload' not found, or is not a PGPlugin. Check your plugin mapping in PhoneGap.plist.

Can you help me to figure out how to add the plugin in PhoneGap.plist?

Open PhoneGap.plist file and add a row for the plugin into plginlist as in image
