[ChannelTabs] Issue: favorite bar groups not working with basic background theme

Describe the bug the favorite bar groups dropdown seems to render behind the discord window

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. using the Theme Repo plugin go to the generator option
2. choose the basic background option
3. click the download button (no modification is required to get the bug)
4. click on a fav bar group and you will see the problem

Expected behavior you should be able to see the drop down
