not working inside scrollview

Here i am facing a problem by implementing this library. when i am applying this code into a scrollview/nested scrollview, the cards are not swiped... means i forced to remove or swipe from the screen for long time. is there any solution? please text me to the following mail saravanan08072@gmail,com.
