homecage behavior analysis

Hi, this project is awesome.DNN should work well in animal behavior, another one called deeplabcut is also successfully applied by some labs. so I also want to try this. some questions:

  1. the toolbox is written with Matlab, any python version?
  2. You might know the homecagescan(can check here), I want to analysis the homecage behavior of rodent, But for now, I have no idea how to do that? Should I use TensorBox to detect the animal body part firstly? and how to analyze the animal pose? Does openpose also can do that?
