on FF 37.0.2 your demos's don't work

On firefox 37.0.2 (Latest stable at time of writing), none of you demo's on the website linked bring up a custom context menu.

Firefox support is currently limited since it uses the built in browser context menu. So in Firefox only the right-click menu works, although it is merged with the native menu items ("Save Page As...", etc.) which is not really ideal.

However, I just made a version which solves this problem by never using the native browser context menu support: https://github.com/aantthony/contextmenu/pull/8/files
