Included application_name when initializing db

What

• Included application_name when initializing db
• Updated docker-compose.yaml to pass the APPLICATION_NAME as env because same backend image is used by multiple services and we need to maintain separate env file for each if we keep it there.

Why

Improves visibility on which application is connected and queries the db.

How

Pass through Env and add it to initialization object which passes it as options to postgres driver.

Can this PR break any existing features. If yes, please list possible items. If no, please explain why. (PS: Admins do not merge the PR without this section filled)
