[FEATURE] Changes required for highlighting

What

• Changes in backend and structure tool to support highlight v2
• Send metadata by default from prompt service

Why

• Metadata is sent by default, because it is always required in other places. We will discard it before sending it to API, ETL. In the API, metadata can be viewed by setting "include_metadata" to True

How

Can this PR break any existing features. If yes, please list possible items. If no, please explain why. (PS: Admins do not merge the PR without this section filled)

• Yes. It is possible to have missed removal of metadata in case of ETL and API async. Need to check every flow of the workflow.
