Bevy to v0.15

I've taken a crack at updating to v0.15. My rendering knowledge is pretty lacking so this might need some tweaks. At worst, even if this doesn't end up getting merged it might be a good starting point.

Anyone should feel free to edit this PR or use it as a starting point for a more complete update.

Fixes #21.
