Conversion between raw_depth and depth map ?

Please I need your help!! I have depth images "uint16" and I need to compute raw depth from those images. In my case I don't have the raw_depth images ! please! any idea will be appreciated.

Raw depth is just used to generate usable missing mask.Check your device for this maybe
