Not reading id3v1

Dear @Zazama I'm trying to get the v1 tag from this file. Seems reading only v2 tags. Please try it on my file, remove the txt extension. Thank you.

we currently only support v2 tags, I think I accidentally removed the note from the README.md at some point, I'm going to add it back
