Documentation on folder structure

Files are showing when we need to select folder but even after scanning is done, library is empty and I can't play any movie/series.

As the project is still in development I have not documented the folder structure app supports as it might change in the future or I may opt for a entirely different approach.

You can take a look at RemoteLibraryRepository.kt to get an idea on how indexing is happening.

I will write some documentation when the project is completed.
