I am running scCATCH on several sub datasets with customized makers. It performs well on all datasets except for one where it gives me this error after I run findmarkergene. Error in apply(ndata2, 1, mean) : dim(X) must have a positive length

Have you been able to solve this @Namuhan33 ? I've also used scCATCH on multiple datasets, but then on one I'm trying now I also get this error
