Cannot be built, third_party directory is missing

There are no instructions on how to populate this directory.

Thank u for the feedback! Please review the file at there. u'll find that the name haskell-stdio'' is which ZHaskell'' used to be. Anyway, this project is moved to ZHaskell and split into several packages.
