Transfer the homepage to Grav

Addresses https://github.com/YunoHost/issues/issues/1861

New requirement: add themer extension to Grav, to be able to specify which theme a page should use. Status: well, the footer of the English page is displayed. I guess the JS is broken, but I am no expert.

IIRC it's borken. I'll try to showcase it on my dev server next week still.
