运用seqcombo进行重配分析时是否需要考虑到时间因素

Dear Dr Yu,

I have been using SeqCombo for reassorting analysis recently. Do you need to take into account the sampling time of relevant viruses (my sequence sampling time is very similar, about 1-2 years)? In addition, I have a large number of sequences with nearly 200. Can VIRus_info be imported as a table type? If yes, how to import, and how to set the format and code of the table?
