Disagreement, Custom Colors, DNA

Hi! I'd love to be able to designate the colors of nucleotides in 'disagreement' mode. I still want the agreeing nucleotides to appear white, but I'd like to be able to used 'custom_colors' to designate the colors of the disagreeing nucleotides. Thanks!
