How to redefine the categories in peakAnnotate

Dear Guangchuang,

I am using your ChIPseeker. It is very useful. I would like to combine some of the annotation categories though without calculating the sums and recreating the graphs on my own.

For example I would like to use annotatePeak in the following way:

1. Combine the Promoter 2-3kb & Promoter 1-2kb into Upstream <=3kb (to match the downstream counterpart)
2. Combine 1st Exon & Other Exon & 1st Intron & Other Intron > Coding region

Is there a way to do this and keep the percentages?

Essentially replicate your pie-chart or your stacked barplot but with these newly defined categories?
